What You Will Do

As a Service Delivery Specialist in the North American Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will:

Exceed customer expectations by owning and resolving customer issues, regardless of complexity, ensuring the best possible outcome.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and assist customers, driving satisfaction and quality results.
Utilize and master all relevant tools, processes, and ways of working to provide efficient and high-quality service.
Tailor your communication to meet the specific needs of individual customers, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meaningful.
Evaluate and apply creative, simple, and effective solutions, always keeping the customer journey in mind.
Contribute to continuous process improvements, driving change and innovation in your day-to-day tasks.

Awesome to Have

Previous experience in a customer service or service delivery role.

Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Familiarity with Klarna’s products, services, or fintech industry is a plus
