What you'll be doing

  • Be a Growth Champion: Drive the top of the funnel by identifying and engaging potential clients across multiple channels. Your mission is to open doors, build relationships, and create qualified opportunities that fuel DolarApp’s growth.
  • Generate opportunities: Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision-makers, ensuring Account Executives have a strong pipeline to work with. Use creativity and persistence to cut through the noise and connect with the right people.
  • You will get things done: Beyond hitting outreach targets and booked meetings, you’ll embody the SDR mindset of doing whatever it takes to break into accounts and generate interest — resilience and grit are part of your DNA.

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), both verbal and written.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, or SDR roles (ideally in B2B or fintech/SaaS) with a strong track record building top of funnel.
  • Strong prospecting and qualification skills, with the ability to break down a company’s structure and identify decision-makers.
  • Hunger to work hard and go the extra mile to exceed targets and help DolarApp grow.
  • Empathy and active listening — understanding prospect needs and framing DolarApp as the right solution for their business.
  • Resourcefulness and persistence, with attention to detail in outreach and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, while being driven, relentless, and a proven door-opener — you don’t take no for an answer.
